Spiritual Direction is the sacred practice of holding space for presence, deep listening, and exploration. It is here where you, the Divine, and I meet together.

You are invited to slow down and notice how your Higher Power may already be present and moving in your life—in your questions, experiences, relationships, longings, struggles, and even your uncertainty.

As your spiritual director, I serve as a companion as you explore and deepen your own spiritual relationship. I may offer reflection, thoughtful questions, discernment, compassion, or simply the space to sit with something that deserves your attention.

I am not here to tell you what to believe or what your spiritual life should look like. This is your relationship with the Divine, not mine.

Spiritual direction creates space for greater awareness, clarity, connection, and over time, the possibility of meaningful transformation.

What is Spiritual Direction?

Your spirituality is uniquely yours.

Throughout this website, I use words like the Divine and Higher Power, but those words are intentionally spacious.

Your understanding of a Higher Power might be the Trinitarian God, Spirit, the Universe, Mother Earth, something sacred you don’t yet have words for—or something you are still discovering.

You do not need to belong to a church, follow a particular religion, or arrive with a clearly defined belief system to enter spiritual direction.

My role is not to give you my beliefs or lead you toward a particular spiritual path. My role is to companion you as you discover and deepen the spiritual life that is authentic and meaningful to you.
