Spiritual Direction is the sacred practice of holding space for presence and listening on behalf of another, for the purpose of a sacred encounter. It is here where you, the Divine, and I meet together. You are invited to notice how your Higher Power is moving in your life - the invitations, callings, and assurances. As the spiritual director, I serve as your companion as you attend to your spiritual relationship(s). During the session, I may offer reflection, discernment and compassion. You receive deeper awareness, clarity and connection with your Higher Power. Over time, deep soul-level transformation can occur.
What is Spiritual Direction?
*Please note that although I use terms like “The Divine” and “Higher Power” on my website, I work with all individuals- regardless of their belief system, religious background or church affiliation. YOUR Higher Power might be the trinitarian God, mother earth, your spirit animal or even unknown to you at this time. My work is to companion YOU on YOUR particular journey, NOT to guide you in following my belief system.

I’m honored to support individuals and leaders in reconnecting to meaning, values, and purpose, amid sustained pressure and complexity. My work centers on helping clients clarify purpose, integrate values into daily decision-making, and cultivate an internal compass that supports resilience, integrity, and sustainable engagement over time. This work is accomplished as YOU engage with YOUR Higher Power, and I’m here to assist you with that! I specialize in working with those who are grieving, lost, or experiencing a life or faith crisis.

my strengths: empathy, courage, imagination, creativity, resourcefulness, hospitality. I have the unique ability to enter suffering and sit with it, without the need to fix or change. It’s important to me for others to know they are not alone in their pain.
my weaknesses: as an introvert, I need a lot of rest and alone time to recalibrate. I can be very hard on myself and occasionally struggle with perfectionism. At times, it can be difficult for me to ask for help.

I relish in creating beautiful spaces for others to connect and have fun. I revel in solving a mystery and figuring things out, and I also like to dance and play games!
